Apparently someone tried to sell this video for a million a few years back. Poor britney’s exploitation is only akin to that of marilyn monroe’s, imo. I bet it leaked now due to her memoir dropping tomorrow. It’s more likely a britney fan involved in the editing leaked it.
I do agree though, i prefer her vocals like this vs the finished version. Britney spears had occasionally been criticized for having overly processed vocals on her albums, but this song took that to new extremesto glorious effect. On top of equally glitched out backing vocals from bloodshy & avant and robyn herself ( whose demo of the song leaked ), she sounds superhuman, robotic, and utterly brilliant. Yeah mona lisa is an officially released song, in 2004 britney went to a radio station and played a demo of it with some different lyrics and that version is unreleased, but we do have an official version
